Product Description
Tubular Calendering Machine is build in a high loading and production capacity to ensure huge profit in the business. It is used for the shrinkage of knitted fabric materials. This unit derives a mechanical finishing which is utilized basically on cloth where the soft fabric is folded into half portion and then passed under certain stages of rollers at very extreme heat pressure system. Integrated with a drying cylinder where it can easily handle the oil heat source in a smoother way. Tubular Calendering Machine is specially applicable in cotton knit jersey apparels.
DGZG2600 calendering machine is mainly suitable for calender finishing of circular knit fabrics (especially cotton knit jersey). After being processed by the machine, the knitted fabric has a smooth and bright surface, bright color, smooth hand feeling and stable fabric width.
- The Maximum width of the fabric: Single Pass 1400mm; Double Pass 1100mm x 2.
- Drying cylinder is 200°C max heated by oil heat source.
- Output: Precision Folding Machine (Standard). Other Output model(Plaiter/Rolling) can be designed according to customers request.
